FAQ - Frequently asked questions
What if I can't participate? Will you refund my payment?
[Your Brand Name] is a [brief description of your business or service]. We are passionate about [your mission statement].
What is a learning journey?
A learning journey is a structured learning experience designed as a process rather than a one-time event. It combines facilitated sessions, reflection, dialogue and learning through place. Participants move through stages - exploration, practice and integration - so that learning becomes meaningful and applicable.
Who can participate?
Our journeys are designed for adult educators, higher education professionals, facilitators and organisational leaders engaged in lifelong learning. Both Erasmus+ funded and self-funded participants are welcome.
How is this different from a traditional course?
Traditional courses often focus on content delivery. Our learning journeys focus on experience, structured reflection and practical design work. Participants actively create, test and refine ideas during the sessions — not afterwards.
Is this eligible for Erasmus+ KA1 mobility?
Yes. Our learning journeys are structured to meet KA1 mobility criteria. We provide clear learning outcomes, programme descriptions and documentation to support both application and reporting processes.
Do you provide documentation for Erasmus+ applications?
Yes. We provide confirmation letters, programme outlines, learning outcomes and scheduling details. Detailed programme descriptions are shared upon request or during mobility planning.
What does a typical day look like?
Days usually combine focused learning sessions, practical design work, peer dialogue and reflection. In some locations, learning also includes walking-based or place-based elements. The rhythm balances depth, movement and integration.
Do I need prior experience with AI or digital tools?
No. You do not need advanced technical skills. AI, when used, is introduced as a thinking partner — to explore ideas, surface assumptions and refine reasoning. Participants remain responsible for judgement and professional standards.
How can I pay?
You can pay for the training in two ways:
