With a passion for teaching and a wealth of experience, Andrejus has built a reputation as a highly effective trainer working in professional training and educational consulting. He has organised and participated in various training events and educational projects across Lithuania, other European countries, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Jolanta brings experience from higher education and organisational practice into the work of Experia Academy. Together with her team, she builds bridges between people, perspectives and cultures designing meaningful learning journeys. Jolanta believes that learning across cultures opens new perspectives and helps people grow — both personally and professionally.
Mantas is a marketing and communication professional working at the intersection of higher education, storytelling, and digital engagement. With extensive experience in university marketing and student outreach, he focuses on helping educational institutions communicate their value clearly and build meaningful connections with learners and communities.
Aušra has built a strong reputation as a dynamic trainer, consultant, and academic leader working at the intersection of education and management. She is a Certified Team Coach (Team Coach Tiimiakatemia®) and a Certified Project Manager (IPMA Level C®), combining structured project expertise with dialogue-based team coaching methodologies.
