Inclusive Communication for Effective Teamwork and Student Engagement
A practical, learning-by-doing programme for higher education professionals who want to strengthen inclusive communication, teamwork, and student engagement.
Participants work on real communication situations from their own academic context and build a reusable 'Inclusive Communication Toolkit': dialogue formats, feedback structures, conflict-handling approaches, team learning practices, and student engagement strategies.
The programme is grounded in the Finnish Team Academy methodology and combines dialogue practice, emotional intelligence, reflective leadership, and real academic case analysis. All design and reflection work happens during the sessions.
