2026.06.01 - 05 Adult learning principles in digital environments (Vilnius)

This programme is designed for adult educators who want to improve their teaching competences and methods needed to work in a digital environment. Participants learn about the principles of andragogy and digital andragogy, how to analyzs adult learning needs, create modular and micro-learning content, select appropriate methods and tools, and evaluate their own practice.
